2.4.1. INTRODUCTION

The response of learners to learning / teaching can be crucial to quality assurance procedures, especially in blended or fully online learning / teaching settings. Gathering student’s feedback about teaching and strategies and methods is necessary because students’ input can help to contribute to improving learning behavior in an online learning setting (Nasir, Yaacob and Ismail, 2019). Moreover, students, who are welcome to share their opinions about their learning, engage in self-reflective practices, consequently, developing and/or improving their metacognitive skills. Thus, collecting student’s feedback and reflection is rather crucial. However, the very process of feedback and reflection collection can be rather complicated, especially in face-to-face classroom settings. Fortunately, VLE can significantly contribute to making this process much more dynamic and organized, and this is extremely relevant in blended and online learning settings where interaction level is quite limited.
