Best practices within the scope of portfolio assessment focus on students’ reflections. Proof that the student is in tune with the outcomes expected from them, the portfolio, be it on paper or in electronic format (e-portfolio), should exhibit the students’ strengths and weaknesses on the basis of the selected components and reflections derived from them, to attain predefined outcomes. The following are examples of assessment reports:
- Paguyo, C., Quinlan-Wilder, T. (2020). Assessment Report, June 2020, University of Denver, Office of Teaching and Learning.
- The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (n.d). Student Learning Outcomes Assessment Reports Instructions and Examples, Office of Institutional Research and assessment.
