Interaction between learner and teacher may take place at the traditional teaching/learning environment and/or in virtual environment via audio/video/web conferencing tools.

What should be done to satisfy the criteria?

Learners should be provided with certain dates and times for face to face or virtual meetings/consultations. For virtual consultations connection links and/or connection steps should be easily found.
