C.3.4. Target group's learning needs are considered in the design of the curriculum

The curriculum is aligned with the learning needs of target groups. It takes into account professional and working context, previous experience.

There should be a document describing the characteristics of the target group. Specific target group characteristics (previuos experience, computer literacy)  should be taken into account in the curriculum.
