A.3.6. Feedback and discussion of learning results is organized

Feedback can be informal, in day-to-day encounters between teachers and students or trainees, between peers or colleagues, or  formal, for example as part of written or clinical assessment of learners’ performance. Giving and asking for feedback should be part of the overall interaction
between teacher and learner, not a oneway communication.
