I understand if not everything works well in the beginning. This is a new environment and first we have to orient ourselves. It is like searching for the classroom in a very big building where you haven't been before!

the problem might be your browser. Do you use one of the latest versions of Internet Explorer, or Mozila Firefox Maybe you try to update your browser if you have an older version.

I'll try to help you with this issue.
As Anastasia already said, it might be a problem with your browser and/or some of the plugins that are necessary to display PDF files.
1. Try to update your Browser. If this doesn't help
2. You should try to install/update the required plugins manually.
